Frequently Asked Questions

Everything customers usually ask about delivery, unit types, servicing and sizing — answered straight.

Ordering & Delivery
How fast can you deliver a porta potty in Los Angeles?
Our trucks run routes across Los Angeles every day, and in many cases we can deliver within a day or two of your call — sometimes faster depending on the area and unit type. Call (213) 531-5023 with your dates and we'll confirm availability on the spot.
How much notice should I give before my event or project?
For standard units, a few days' notice is usually plenty. For restroom trailers, ADA units or large multi-unit orders, a week or more ahead is safer — especially during busy festival and wedding seasons. That said, always call: if we can make it happen sooner, we will.
Where do you deliver?
We cover greater Los Angeles — Downtown, Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley, South LA, West LA and the surrounding neighborhoods. If you're nearby but outside the city, call us; chances are we can still reach you.
How does delivery and placement work?
Our driver places each unit on a firm, level surface within reach of the truck — driveways, lots, curbsides and most job-site pads all work. Tell us about gates, overhead clearance or tight access when you book and we'll plan the drop accordingly.
Can you move a unit after it's been placed?
Yes — just don't drag it yourself. Call us and we'll reposition the unit during a service visit so it stays level, sanitary and safe to use.
Units & Features
How many porta potties do I need?
A common rule of thumb is one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week, or roughly one unit per 50–75 guests for a 4-hour event. Tell us your headcount and duration and we'll recommend the right mix — including handwashing sinks and an ADA unit if you're hosting the public.
What's included with the rental?
Delivery, placement, pickup and a fully stocked unit — toilet paper, hand sanitizer and deodorizer included. Longer rentals include scheduled service visits where we pump, clean and restock toiletries.
What's the difference between a standard unit, a deluxe unit and a restroom trailer?
Standard units are the classic job-site workhorse. Deluxe units add comforts like a flushing toilet and interior sink — great for guest-facing events. Restroom trailers are multi-stall, climate-controlled and feel like a real indoor bathroom, ideal for weddings and VIP functions.
Do you have ADA-accessible units?
Yes. Our ADA units have ground-level entry, an extra-wide door, interior handrails and full wheelchair turning space. If your event is open to the public or your site is permitted, mention ADA when you call and we'll make sure you're covered.
Do restroom trailers need power or water hookups?
Most of our trailers run self-contained with onboard fresh-water tanks, and lighting/climate control typically needs a standard power connection or generator. Tell us about your venue when you book and we'll walk you through exactly what the trailer needs.
Service & Cleaning
How often are the units serviced?
Weekly servicing is standard for ongoing rentals — we pump the tank, pressure-wash surfaces, sanitize and restock toiletries. High-traffic sites and multi-day events can be serviced more frequently; we'll recommend a schedule based on your usage.
What happens during a service visit?
The technician pumps out the holding tank, washes and sanitizes the interior, refreshes deodorizer and restocks toilet paper, sanitizer and soap. The unit is left ready to use — like delivery day, every week.
Can I rent long-term for a construction project?
Absolutely — most of our construction rentals run for months at a time on a simple monthly basis with weekly service included. As your crew grows or phases change, we can add, remove or relocate units along the way.
